Young women and girls who drop out of school and do not return to school will have the opportunity to do vocational training at a school to be established via this project. The school will be run daily and provide training for eligible candidates.
The school location will be rented initially, and a school schedule will be set up using volunteer and employed teachers and trainers who will get a stipend or salary respectively
